An excellent pet friendly place to live! I moved in this year and needed a place that would suit my pets. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and there are plenty of free amenities(bikes, putting green, pool and especially the dog park). The apartment was newly updated with appliances, flooring and kitchen backsplash upon in moving in; and everything has gone smoothly. Kind neighbors and lots of parking. Location is basically nearby everything. Very satisfied

been there the past 2 years towards the back. the living areas are not as bad as some say but that's just from my point of view and space but the fact they bumped out rent up to 1400 is the reason we are out of there. paying two mortgages for that price and could have a house.

Yes! At Maplewood Estates, we’re pleased to welcome you and your furry family members. Take stroll through our on-site dog park or head over to nearby Hamburg Dog Park. If you’re looking for more of a nature-filled excursion with your dog, Lake Erie is nearby and offers plenty of on-leash trails for you and your pooch. We have a 2 pet limit and a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet. Spay/Neutering in required as well as the rabies shot.
