my grandparents have been waiting for a YEAR AND A HALF to move into this place. they put down a deposit in april 2021. keep getting the run around about when their apartment will be ready. they sold their house in the beginning of summer after being told they would be ready to move in august. then got moved to september. then october. now no time frame at all when they close on their house in a week. this has been the absolute worst experience for them and my family.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is the worst complex around. The management is condescending and incredibly unhelpful. Within months of moving in we had mold and ended up getting sick from it. We brought this to the manager Vanna’s attention and she blamed it on us and left our rental agreement on our doorstep. No apology, no resolution, nothing. She stated that “you can’t get sick from mold” which is absolutely untrue. These homes cost an arm and a leg for nothing. You would think for the copious amount of money you pay each month they could afford to have better doors instead of ones that won’t close in the hot and cold. Also if your garbage cans aren’t in your garage by the night after the garbage men come they’ll charge you $30. This place is a money hungry establishment. They include absolutely nothing with their lease and the homes are so small. A one bed one bath apartment with less than 850 sqft should not be $1550. We were so excited to move here and everything had just been a huge disappointment. Don’t waste your money here when you could get a bigger space for a whole lot cheaper and with a better management team.
