We’ve been coming to Pinecrest Lake for over 30 years to camp, boat and swim. This year was a little crazy because of the pandemic and fires so we didn’t actually get to the lake until mid-October. This was our first time being here this late in the year and it was different but still a lot of fun. We reserved our party boat the week before and enjoyed a couple of hours on the lake. The water was lower than normal and we had a lot of fun discovering new rocks to jump from. Then we went ashore for lounging, swimming, and paddle boarding. It was nice having the beach to ourselves but we sure did miss our annual trip to the snack shack for an ice cream cone.

Loved, loved, loved it!! The lake was awesome. Like a picture puzzle. Kid friendly lake. We Hiked, kayaked and swam. Campgrounds are super awesome! Nice size and plenty of shade. We all rode our bikes around the campground. Did want to leave but we have to get back to real life. Oh yeah, no service made it even better!

5 miles per hour by the marina/swimming area, no water skiing
Cold its snow melt off
Yes..and the lake is pretty clear..
The smoke is pretty bad, I was up there just a couple weeks ago and it's definitely cloudy stuffy and you can smell the smoke. I have asthma, any really bothered me. So in other words it's not as safe for anyone who has breathing complications, but I have heard that people are going up still even camping.
No, I think those are all privately owned. These cabins are close to the marina
Free for day use
If you have a fishing license trout is planted in the lake for fishing. Yum, and you can rent different boats at the marina every day.
If you mean for boat rentals then, yes. Not sure about lodging but I don't think do.
