I changed the address by going to the dmv and filling out a form, but it was on the system that my address was change, i didn't receive a new id card or anything like that and it was free to do this. On the other hand, to get an id card with your new address you have to pay a fee.

I went there on Friday and they are working by drop off only. So you go there and at the door a security will ask you what you are there to do. Then he will give you a manila envelope with all the forms yo need for your transaction. You fill everything out with your form of payment and drop it of at the door again and they will procces it. you need to ask all of the details at the door over there.
