Delivered my Fridge for my basement. Said they leveled it. Tipped the delivery man. Turns out it was missing a foot. Came back past Friday and tech had no idea why he was there, scheduled it for Monday fix, call today to confirm, and they have us set for Wednesday, when no ones home. Shouldn’t have bought from them. Don’t recommend.

Decent prices for second hand appliances, come with a limited month warranty. Im happy with my new used dryer. Saved over $500 than buying the exact same one brand new.

Staff was garbage ! Unattended, no one even bothered to ask if I needed something. Invest more in getting qualified sales people. It looked like a bunch of kids.

6 month warranty they gave me for a fridge then I got home and it wasn't working but the sent a technician to fix it now my fridge is ice cold.

I believe it was $40...and I th8nk that was for long island....It is probably a little more for Brooklyn, but they do deliver there. The delivery guys are very professional.

Hard to reach via phone. However, once you do get there, there is a good selection of new, late model appliances . Prices can be negotiated. I was very satisfied with my purchase.++
