You can go online to DMV.NY.GOV to make a reservation . Gor what you need
First you can give me your number and I'll guide you through it step by step, lol. I'm just joking...you have to go to the dmv website and then when you see the selection of letters to pick the first letter of the county your going to then scroll below them and you will see a selection to make a reservation. I believe you can only do this on computer cause I have the newest smartphone galaxy Samsung note 9+ and it won't let the whole screen show.
