You have to make an appointment, have everything you need. Proof of insurance, bill of sale ect. Goes very smooth if you look up DMV website for all documents needed

No to register go online and you are able to download the paperwork you need to fill out and make a money order or pay by credit card then go to motor vehicle and get an envelope full it out and drop off the paperwork in a dropbox make sure you do a copy of your license and put in with paperwork
