The staff were very nice and courteous. However, the entire hotel was smelly. The attendant had candles lit at the counter and a can of fabreez in his back pocket so that was already a bad sign. The carpets in the hallways was filthy and smelled bad. The back door was not secured so anyone had access to the building. The room we stayed in was not bad but a lot of fixtures were stuffed with toilet paper to keep in place and the baseboards were almost black with dirt. We had a 2 night stay and when we requested a room clean we got fresh towels and such but the bed was made with the same bedding (visible stains were in the same place). The hotel has some moderation but could use more with the carpets and doors. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The lady over the housekeeping lives on the property and is very nice to the customers. She's a joy to talk to, but I didn't get her name. Nice place to stay and very easy to interstate, food and shopping.

It's a fine place to stay if you're passing through. The rooms are clean enough but just don't go looking too closely at things. Staff is nice and approachable. Small coffee bar in the mornings, but nothing special. Overall, for the price we paid it was good.

This was a complete disaster. For starters I was supposed to have a handicap room instead I was put at the end of a hallway. I booked online and where I intended to stay another day they told me that the hotel was booked and that I have booked the wrong room no. This was a room more expensive than the one that I was in even though I put a note for the room number and that I was extending. The next morning I was told I had to be out of the room by 11:30 and I had to wait until 3:30 to recheck in to another room. I asked them to keep me in the same room and they refused and when I spoke to the general manager Tish I told her that I was going to post a bad review because of this craziness and she told me I was a liar. The front desk guy then told me that Tish could call the police on me for threatening her. I told him to go ahead and call the police and explain to them that the threat was for a social media post and see what they wanted to do. The staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Run away from this hotel! They are insane!
