Not the best. Doctor was kind of rude and not too concerned. Now I have to take my baby to the Childrens hospital for real help.

Terrible Front Desk.. We went to show my son to doctor and since we can’t leave my daughter at home alone, so she came with us. I and my daughter were waiting in waiting area, while my wife and son went in to see Doctor. After some time one of lady at front desk(younger one of two ladies sitting at front desk) asked us to wait outside the facility. It was 1 pm in afternoon and extremely hot outside, but she couldn’t care less about it. I would have understood her concerns if facility was full and out of seating places. But without any exaggeration, there were ZERO (absolutely zero) other patient in waiting area. It was totally empty. When I resisted, she told in rude manner that these are hospital rules. Seriously!! I told her about my young daughter and weather outside, then she said u can sit in ur car, but not here. Read reviews online about someone else facing same issue. So, guess this is not something new here and management is aware about this and is ok with this behavior and policy.

This is pathetic for a leading children’s medical facility in our community. It took us two hours to be seen and subsequently shrugged off. While we were in the waiting room the RN, Sarah, decided to take a personal FaceTime call and my son and I were completely in the frame as well as other patients leaving the facility. This is an unacceptable breech of patient privacy. Another RN joined in on the video as well. Also the provider complained of being understaffed which was apparent, but not a reason to provide inadequate care. The staff was rude, unprofessional and overall a waste of my time to visit here. You’re better off scheduling a visit at a different facility.

Worst experience from the doctor covering. Was dismissive and didn’t care. Too lazy to find a solution. If this is indicative of the Phoenix Children’s brand, they are in for more poor reviews.
