I’ve been here several times and generally have a decent experience. Today I walked in for a scheduled appt, I’m ten minutes early to check in as suggested, front desk lady doesn’t acknowledge me. I say “miss” like four times, she doesn’t look up but everyone in the waiting room is looking at me. I literally watch her liking videos on social media. Obviously “miss” isn’t getting her attention so I drop my keys and say “hi, can I check in” and she goes about her scripted routine! Not even an apology. Rest of the appt as as expected. Not good, not bad. Overall still suggest, if you make an appointment and don’t care about front of house staff

Really appreciated being able to get in quickly and on time when I wasn’t feeling well. Also appreciated them thinking comprehensibly about my care and explaining things to me.
