Had a terrible experience here with my mom. After her biopsy came back showing cancer, they told us to call and schedule the pet scan. It took TEN BUSINESS DAYS of calling every day, 3 different phone numbers, before we were finally able to get in contact with someone and not an answering machine. We then had to convince them to use a different radiology location that was not their place, as their place was not returning any calls. She got in within 2 days. When it came time for the follow up appointment, the doctor was with us for 3 minutes. Three. We were overwhelmed and didn't know what questions to ask, and he just fed us the basics and left. Once we got to the checkout, we were handed the visit summary which said it was stage 4. He hadn't even told us the stage. Their nonsense cost us treatment time, which is valuable in these situations. We have since switched to a different place... The oncologist at the new place was with us for 40 minutes to explain everything. Save your heartache and skip this place. 0 stars.
