After having a bad reaction to injections, I called the office and it took 2 weeks before I could see the doctor and when I finally saw him (dr.Seth) denied my concerns even though I had 4 other doctors confirm it was the steroid shots that caused the problem. After meeting with him and discussing his medical practices he basically told me he couldn’t help me and shooed me out of his office. Very unprofessional and I’ve lost my trust in doctors and their medical practice. I don’t think most of these pain doctors really know what they’re doing. Don’t walk, but run away from this place as quickly as you can.

I called during business hours and there was a message saying "Due to unforseen circumstances, we don't have anyone available." What? It was the middle of the day! I have been waiting for a call back since last Friday!

Having been with IPC for quite a few years now you have your ups and downs. As they grow and people come and go on their staff you see the good the bad and the not so pretty. Fortunately overall our experience is more on the positive side than negative. Today was Very Positive, we had a new nursing assistant, Marabela, help us today at the north phoenix office. She was fantastic!! Greeted us with a big smile was genuinely glad to meet us and take care of us. She is a great hire for them! She is Kind and caring exactly what all medical persons should be! Thank you Marabela for making s feel welcome and we hope you stay a long time and keep your beautiful attitude and smile! And good on you IPC, great hire!

I have a similar condition. Take my word for it. If you want to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. Than you have most definitely found the best place in all of AZ to go. I wish you the best of luck on your journey to becoming pain free, and pain managed.🌹

Do they treat chronic pain patients? Continued care?

Absolutely yes to both questions. I have been under their care for over a year now and it is the best care I have ever had. I am experiencing less pain than I have since 2008. Dr. Seth is top-notch one of the best in Arizona and I would highly recommend anyone to go and see. I hope this helps you

Dr.Seth, At our last visit, you agreed that hypnosis is a good auxiliary to help deal with pain and wonder whether you have had a chance to follow up with any of your colleagues. Debbie Byrnes
