After driving 8 hours, arriving tired and hungry, we were greeted with smiles and assistance. Due to medical issues, we needed some extra assistance. This manager went out of her way to help provide a safe and comfortable place to lay our tired heads. The breakfast staff were also kind and helpful. This will be our go to place to stay in the future. The pizza shop next door was a great place to eat. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. They all exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful.

We had an amazing stay. It was so easy to find the hotel and check in was a breeze. Every employee we came in contact with was so kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and the beds were so comfortable. We also brought our dogs with us and it was a perfect set up where the dogs could get on and off the bed themselves. We also loved the complimentary breakfast. There was tons of food and it was all delicious. It’s a very clean and quiet hotel. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone it’s worth it and i will be staying there again for sure!

We normally stay at this hotel when traveling thru North Carolina 2-3x a year and have never had an issue. However, this stay was not as great. My husband went to take his shower only to discover we had no travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion normally found in the bathroom. I had to go downstairs to the front desk and request them and the night clerk had trouble locating them. Then later we discovered we had no extra rolls of toilet paper and resorted to facial tissue. Was going to make coffee in the morning with the small coffee pot but it's a little tough when you no longer find a couple of complimentary water bottles in the mini fridge and you dont want to use chlorinated water from the sink! Went down for breakfast at 8:00am (which is available from 6-9am) only to discover only 1 apple and 2 oranges that shouldn't have been placed out (no other fruit), a tiny bit of watery scrambled eggs enough for only my husband and myself, no English muffins or bagels, a couple of biscuits and only 1 slice of bread for toast, no bacon at all this time, and no yogert offered at all. There was NO ONE in the "kitchen" to ask for anything either. VERY disappointed this time......

We called them tonight from just outside of the parking lot to find out if there were any vacancies. We were told that there were indeed vacancies, so we told the gentleman on the phone (who was speaking at like 100 words a second) that we would be inside in a couple minutes to reserve rooms for the night. He kept pushing us to provide our card number over the phone, and when I told him that I was uncomfortable doing that over the phone and that I would be inside shortly to provide information and payment, he persisted on me providing it over the phone. I hung up and we took our business to another 3-star hotel, where the staff was incredibly helpful and the rate was $75 cheaper per room. Your loss, Hampton.
