Check in went smoothly. The attendant had a great personality and was very polite. The room is very large, clean and bed is comfortable. Very good price for the quality. The area seems safe and quiet. Conveniently located with a convenience store/gas station and Mexican restaurant directly across the street.

Positive: It's new and clean and just by the exit. The room is clean and comfy. It has a cute lounging area. Breakfast includes yogurt, cereal, waffle & juices/coffee. It would have been better if there's protein like scrambled eggs or sausage. Negative: Please include some protein in the breakfast menu either scrambled eggs or sausage?¿¿

The reservation line did the old bait and switch. I was charged more money upon arrival than I was quoted on the reservation line. Had I known the rate I would not have stayed at this hotel. The hotel and the reservation line gave me several different excuses of the price difference hung up on several times then given no resolution and told to have a nice day. The hotel itself was not clean, tub was clogged and the breakfast was not what was advertised. I will not stay at any wyndam related lodging they are deceiving and Customer service is terrible. They deserve a zero rating but unfortunately I can't give them less then one star.

Hotel had paper thin towels. Bathroom counter top was small, making it difficult to do skin care routine or makeup. Bathtub leaked water all over the floor. The room felt like it was missing furniture and the room was very dirty. The staff members seemed to not want to do their job and the appearance of the hotel was very disgusting. The pictures are beyond deceiving and the place is trashy. The elevator is very dirty and needs repairs. I’m surprised Wyndham has their name on this hotel.
