The staff was friendly and the room spacious for the price - which I think was reasonable. It was also convenient to access from the highway. The room could definitely use an update and cleanliness could be improved. You could see where the bottoms of chairs were torn and almost looked like they were on the verge of falling through.

BEDBUGS! Although this can happen - still disgusting. Stayed at the Inn Friday April 22. Went to the desk The manager was not available but I was promised he would call me. Didn't. Called the hotel 4 X trying to speak to the manager. Unavailable but every time promise he would contact me. No luck. Unbelievable lack of customer service. On a previous review the manager mentions how they are understaffed but that he always get back to customers. It's been 2 weeks and nothing! Is it so hard to remain in touch with your desk via cell ? How this individual remains manager is beyond my comprehension. The owner has responded below defending his manager. I have nothing against the manager nor the hotel. Everything at the hotel was fine except for the bedbugs and the lack of response from the manager. It seems the owner thinks I have some axe to grind. I resent the implication that I am lying He also states the manager always responds.The owner states its important to have all the facts. It is possible that the front desk staff did not report to the manager. But after 5 contacts with myself? It's been over a month now and still no phone call.

This hotel is in desperate need of an update. It was clean, comfortable and the staff, while very busy, was friendly and courteous. But the physical plant has seen better days. We had no problems but you could see where things are on the verge of falling apart

Very nice, clean room. Comfortable bed. Loved the dog walking area. People at front desk were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The only negative was the breakfast...rubber eggs and hard biscuits.
