A bit disappointing…..for the money.have had pretty good experiences with Marriott overall,this one definitely fell short. Comfortable bed, AC worked, water pressure very weak for showers, extras were missing (cups and towels)swimming pool green. I’d try another hotel.

Positive: Very clean, courtyard out back was great. Staff was pleasant. Negative: Swimming pool was closed. We planned on swimming prior to the evening event but it was filthy and closed. If we had been told about this and we would have stayed elsewhere.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a difficult night for the hotel as the manager explained that a component of their computer system had “fried” and they were unable to give key cards out. They escorted us to our room and unlocked the door that way. Mildly inconvenient but the manager was very apologetic about the situation and said there would be a free breakfast in the morning. Luckily the computer will be fixed by Monday so hopefully the staff can get back to normal work conditions. You would think that a big corp like Marriott would be able to get something like that fixed sooner!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and both times we found it to have comfortable, clean rooms and a friendly, attentive staff. There is one thing that happened however that I hope the Marriott management can learn from. We were leaving after a nice sleep and looking forward to breakfast and said so to a fellow guest in the elevator. He said they were having computer problems in the bistro and could not serve him coffee ... We may have to wait. Sure enough .... The guy told us we could not order breakfast because his computer was acting up. Okay Marriott. Two words. Pen and Paper. Or Free Coffee. We decided to leave because this was one of the stupidest things I have heard. Not serving coffee because of the computer system has to be because of a misguided corporate policy. Give your people the power to serve guests. We like the hotel and the people who work there. Free them from the damned computer please.
