Rooms were dirty, like peanuts and other large things in the floor that you could clearly tell hadn't been vacuumed. Pool was small, but the kids did enjoy it. Breakfast is nothing fancy - waffles, cereal, and bagels with yogurt. Convenient location off highway though.

The staff here at the Statesville NC Sleep in was very helpful, courteous and accommodating. I stayed at this location June 22nd and checked out this morning June 27th. While my mother and I stayed at this location, any time a question was asked be it, may I have extra face towels too may I have a few more packs of coffee for my room, at no time was anyone bothered by the request, the staff ea time was very accomodating and polite. Now I would of given five stars but i did not because the breakfast eventhough the Belgium waffles were good, the selection was mainly high carb items such as waffles, cereal, bagels, grits, oatmeal, oranges and yogurt to go along with the coffee and juices. Eventhough at no time was any of the items listed above were limited or not available, i hope that the breakfast is expended to include protein even items, like for example, grab and go breakfast sandwich which could include sausage and egg muffin or something along that line. Other than that our room no. 211 had handicap accessable shower as requested, room was clean and bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Room had a strong stink, shower door had scum you could scrape with your fingernail. Beat up, small room, breakfast was VERY limited to bread items only. Would not recommend

The place is a old smelly hotel with a paint job to make it look better. Stains on the ceilings. Buldges in the wall from some kind of prior damages. Old smoking rooms that still stink covered by some obnoxious air freshener. Old worn out rugs and furniture. Lamp receptacles don’t work. Free standing lamp looked like a leaning tower. Nope never again.
