Our dog said she'd return and we con"cur". :^) The only reason we deducted one star is because we experienced the same issue other Google reviewers have mentioned, which was a slow-draining shower & toilet. Our room was FAR CLEANER than a high-end Hilton we stayed at in Knoxville recently. We enjoyed the welcome box for booking an upgraded room. The coffee in the lobby was alot better than we expected. We did not notice what some reviewers noted, which was a lack of connection points. We had 11 accessible outlets in our room. Unlike some reviews, we had plenty of towels, soap & shampoo. Everything in our room worked, from the TV to the AC to the fridge & lights. If I had one suggestion it would be to ask for a room on the side away from the interstate. The noise from the bridge construction, and truckers who run rigs without mufflers to compensate for tiny wieners, can get loud from time to time. This was our first experience at a Red Roof Inn due to traveling with a pet, and it was encouraging. We will definitely return to this property if we find ourselves in the area again.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing and extremely welcoming. I wish many other front desk personnel were as accommodating as her. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. Was very reasonably priced and would certainly stay here again.

We checked in, went and check out the room and there was no way we could stay there. While the entire property is posted 100 percent smoke free there was cigarette ashes all over floor, in the drawers and night tables. The room smelled overwhelming from smoke. The room did not appear to be clean. We have a 10 month old daughter and couldn't stay with her there. We also found alcoholic beverages that were left in the refrigerator. This proves the room was not properly cleaned. We had stayed there multiple years past and never had this problem, it appears the property may have been sold and is no longer being taken care of as it was before. Unfortunately very disappointing. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not stay here.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. My Truck needed repairs & because I'm from Houston I had no choice. The Freightliner Dealership said that they were nicer than the Day's Inn I was going to go to. If you come to stay here, do not leave any food out because if you do, it's a guarantee that you'll find roaches in your food in the morning. I complained about the roach infestation on 3 separate occasions. I went to the grocery store & bought a can of roach spray. They came later the next morning and put out roach bait and sprayed but it didn't help. The AC Unit cuts on & off all night. There was constant noise from the Interstate near me as well as noisy neighbors. Plus the beds aren't very comfortable and the pillows was very flat. And the Room Service was not in existence unless you personally request it.

I am a housekeeper here. You can book with us for however long you like..
No. But plenty of places close by, gas stations, grocery stores and banks.
Nope the heat works fine. It is radiant heat so just give it a few minutes. Also don't forget the heat is controlled by the thermostat located on the wall near the bathroom. Nice spot👍
No pool, but there is very nice public pool, with a lazy river, just down the road a bit
