She was extremely nice, helpful and patient with me, she showed me multiple units for comparison because I was undecided. I appreciated all of her hospitality while visiting the public storage look forward to seeing her again next time I come in.

I wondered the same thing. Turns out, there was already a scheduled rate increase for 2018; there were emails & notices sent out, but unfortunately, i never recieved either one.
