On move out they claimed they replaced the carpet, stove and painted the entire apartment after we were there only 2 years and charged me 4000 dollars. Please save your time and money the entire staff is crooked.

Starting today, we had an arbitrary "Sanitation and Health" inspection of every Unit. I've been here almost 3 years, and this has never been done. After my Apt. was "inspected" while I was a work, I recieved a letter stating that I was being fined $155.00 because I had dishes in my sink, my kitchen floor was sticky, my stove top was dirty, and my bathroom wasnt clean. When I signed my lease, I agreed to keep my unit habitable free from doing anything that would make my unit, or anyone else's unit unlivable. Dishes in my sink from the night before is not a sanitation hazard. A sticky floor is not a health hazard. When I questioned the current manager - Mel Faison - about the fines, I was told I had until April 19th to clean it up, or the fines would go into effect. I'm sorry, but last I checked, a "dirty" sink does not warrant a $45 fine. Yet my unit hasn't been sprayed for pests in a year....

Don’t rent here. Horrible staff. I paid my rent on time for the 12 months of hell there an when it came time for me to get my deposit back an my over payment for last month of rent I’m still waiting 8 months later. They don’t answer the phone an when you go there nothing but the run around.

Do not recommend. Was trying to show interest in getting an apartment here and the staff in the leasing office was rude. The girl at the desk was even on video call and had an attitude like I was bothering her or something. I should've known, the reputation about this complex is terrible and I completely understand why. The grounds are not well kept at all.
