This doctors office is great I’ve been going there since I was a kid and my kids both have gone there they give excellent care I highly recommend them in both my kids came early they were great good if you have any concerns they’ll Inanna phone and talk to you if you need an appointment they try to get you in right away highly recommended and my son is 24 -18wishes they could still come to this doctors office

I think the drs are ok. They dont seem like they really CARE about my kids. My child spiked a fever a day after his wellness visit. The dr didnt check his ears at all otherwise I'm sure he would have caught the infection. I also got rescheduled for my daughters appmnt recently because I was told the main provider was on vacation, they wanted to give me an appointment a month later?!! of course I said no, this is not my fault! I decided to see any provider for an earlier appmnt and when i went in -I saw my daughters main provider sitting on the other end....i guess he overbooked himself and we were taken off his schedule. And I agree with the review below, I cant help but giggle at the recorded announcement to treat staff with respect however I more than often find the staff to be snippy and they never let me finish my sentences without being cut off. I'm sure things will eventually get to me and I will end up switching providers. As a healthcare worker this is NOT how a facilty should run!!

My daughter tried calling this office shortly after 5:00 because her one year old baby had a fever that was spiking and when she gave him Tylenol he projectile vomited his entire bottle twice in a day. I find it very disturbing that a well established pediatrician office does not have an on call doctor available to treat sick children. My children were all patients at Pediatric Associates and I was so pleased when my daughter decided to use this practice for her own child. Apparently the service provided then was far superior to what is provided now. Your recorded announcement stresses how your staff should be treated with kindness and respect, yet I don’t think the same is true for how your patients are treated by your staff. I believe that at the very least, first time parents who are nervous the first time their child gets sick, should be able to speak with an on call doctor to help alleviate their anxiety during a time of need. If Pediatric Associates cannot provide that, I’m sure there are other practices who can! I’m so very disappointed in PA and I’m sure that the beloved Dr. Joy who started this practice, would be also!
