I’ve lived at these apartments since 2010 and received a lease renewal with a rent increase of $277.00 month. I live in a tiny 4 room apartment. In the 12 years, I have not had ANY upgrades except for new faucets for the bathroom vanity and kitchen only because they were corroding and I had to ask fir replacements. I have not had new carpets, no new flooring, no new paint, no new appliances. I don’t use their facilities (laundry, pool, fitness center, etc). They have a completely useless Valet Waste Management (trash service) that you pay in addition $23.00 month non-optional where they have a person drive around the complex to pick up your trash and dispose in the same trash compactor on site that can use. There is no justification for this price hike except for Rangewater’s greed! Very disappointed.

Stayed at Highbrook from 2020 - 2021. Overall was a great experience. The only reason why we left is that we purchased a house. Pros: 1. Neighborhood a) Community is very quiet. Loud vehicles passing by/neighbor noises are fairly rare. b) Lots of conveniences near by (many restaurants/shops are in walking distance). b) Safe. Used to jog around at 8-9PM. 2. Units are maintained cleanly. It seems like carpet was replaced right before we moved in. 3. Garage/car wash available if you're into it Cons: 1. Gym/pool could not be always available, but most likely due to COVID-19. 2. I could use a bigger gym - at least it's better than nothing and has most I usually use. 3. Utilities were slightly higher here than other apartments I've lived in before. It was generally around $150 for lights + water. Hope it's helpful

If you are looking for a nice cozy apartment in a great area with beautiful landscaping then Highbrook is the place to be. Highbrook apartments sits in the middle of grocery stores, restaurants and so much more. The staff is amazing they made my move in process smooth as silk the management really care about the residents and treat you like family. My move in date was scheduled for August 29th but due to inclement weather in the forecast they offered me the opportunity to move in a day early and even asked if I had help to move in. I am so glad I chose Highbrook the prices are unbeatable for the location. Very nice apartments I can’t wait until I’m finished setting up.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. The leasing consultants and manager are always friendly, they speak to you when you arrive and when you leave. One day maintenance had to enter my apartment unexpectedly and the manager called to inform me that this was happening and said that someone would be with him while inside. Maintenance is quick and efficient. I forgot about a package that was delivered to me and one of the ladies in the office called to remind me that it was there. She didn't have to do that but she did. I could go on and on about all the wonderful and positive experiences I have had here. If it wasn't for an employment transfer, I would renew my lease for another year. Hope this review helps you in deciding if you want to visit and lease an apartment in this neighborhood. And speaking of neighborhood, you won't hear any gunshots, ambulances, or sirens waking you up in the middle of the night. You are located near a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, and auto stores.
