Glad to see two maintenance guys out now. Hope to see the property look better as the weeks go by. While we have some residents that don’t care about how clean things are the rest of us only find peace in a clean environment.

I NEED to update my review This is year two of NO pool Amenities says pool and wading pool for kids School is about to start up and kids have not again had the advantage of swimming in pooling the heat wave we have had! I've heard all the excuses. Need parts need person to be qualified need parts This is not New England the pool could have been serviced during the winter months parts could have been ordered qualified person could have been hired The week before memorial day is a bit late to realize the pool will not be ready no pool memorial day no pool July 4th it's august and kids are getting ready to go back to school. No pool I am not trying to point a finger at our community manager but geez shouldn't she have some support Our rent keeps going up Amenities keep going away. No pool no exercise room Good new equipment in laundry which now costs us more to use Ok I'm done. I really would like a reduction in rent if amenities are gone !!! I love my apartment and my community. Everyone I come in contact with is very friendly I probably have an advantage because I was the pool monitor for the past few years and got to know at least by site parents and lots of kids. Kids call me the 'pool lady's. Lol I've also always felt secure in this community
