I have literally only lived here for about 2 weeks and I am highly disappointed. Although it seems like a nice place, there were nats everywhere, holes and the water in my tub does not go down as it should. Not to mention my dishwasher doesn't work and there was water coming through the balcony door to my living room once it rained. I put in a work order and I'm still waiting. The mailbox key was another hassle as I had to purchase it myself instead of it being given by the office, the post office orders it and then calls you when it is ready to be picked up instead of being able to access your mailbox the day of! Terribly inconvenient for those people who work the same business hours that the post office is open. Which brings me to the next thing, The laundry facility on site is also only open when the office is open so there no way of having access to that either. I have never been so annoyed, uncomfortable and dissatisfied with an apartment complex.

I called to inquire about upcoming availability and I will say that the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I don't usually review apartments, however, the service received just stood out so much to me. They ran everything down for me to ensure I had no questions left. Apparently they are under new management and just from my experience with them today I can tell they are trying to do great things with this property.

I have more than a few issues I'd say but the biggest issue I have is the pool hasn't opened this year. It is one of the only reasons we moved here. Now my sons summer has been miserable, when last year we were having a blast almost every day. It was also nice interacting and meeting our neighbors there and feeling like a nice community. It is ridiculous to pay these prices and not be able to use the main amenity. Never been able to use the club house or the washer and dryer to. I really feel they should have a resident night or somthing like a get together and possibly have a meeting for everyone. Just my oppinion. I know they had an inspection and failed for the pool,, and need another one but they should have been on top of it a long time ago.

I’ve been living here since December 2021 and I thought this was and awesome place to live until I noticed my widows are old and so much air was coming in so I had to put plastic over my windows and then I noticed the wall sockets also had air coming through. So they had to be tape up. I put in so many requests for things to be fixed. My air conditioner doesn’t work as well. Anyone who lives here and say this place is awesome is lying. I’m hoping that the new manager which by the way is the 3 one this year so far can do better. Because if not soon as my lease is up I’m out. And yes the spiders and rats are so bad. This place definitely gets 100 thumbs down 🤬😡😡😡😡😡
