Its unrealistic to think a community as well kept as this one could only charge 500-800 and still offer the ammenities and upkeep. Hence the Over 1000 lot rent. There are a ton of places for less that offer fun for the whole family of all ages, pool, playgrounds, clotheslines, a place to work on the car in the driveway, etc. Not sure why families who don't like the company of seniors would want to move in here with a bunch of kids and dogs that love to run? The place is nice with rules that are enforced. Love it.

It is a pet friendly community, as far as restrictions you will need to ask the Manager that as each one of cove's communities are slightly different.
