This place has gone downhill with the constant switching of management. There is a roach problem in some apartments and its spreading to others. The office waits until the end of the day, the day before, to let you know that pest control will be treating your home. I assume that it is to avoid the angry phone calls, as the office is closed by the time folks are notified. I do not see why that matters as the office never answers the phone anyways. ~I understand that there were concerns over the pool when covid was at full force, but why is the pool still closed?

90° outside and no pool. Shocker!!!. You jack our rent up and the only amenity you offer is ALWAYS CLOSED.

Staff here is GREAATT!! Really helpful, maintenance is not as fast as it used to be. Grounds are well kept. Those seem to be the things local management on the property have control over, and they handle all of that OK. Downside, which I suspect is handled by "home office" is that the rent goes up every year. Could also use some kind of fitness room, most places this size have one. Follow up, as of June 2022- the old staff is gone, replaced by new staff who are barely adequate. Repairs have become very slow and the property is 50 years old, so repairs are often needed. But the BIG problem now is HUGE increases in rent! The situation is closely bordering on bait and switch- they are getting new tenants in at market rate, then increasing the rent $250./mo. when the lease ends.
