The apartments are small but cozy. There are 2 and 3 bedrooms. Simple but enough for a family and for the area the rent is cheap. They are in a good location, close to supermarkets and other establishments that can be walked on. The bus stop is very close.

I have had no issues since moving here. Sandra the property manager has been great. She always answers my emails and returns my calls in a timely manner. The property is clean and I haven't had any issues.

These other reviews have to be fake...other than Franchaska Little’s review...DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! REALLY BAD MOLD AND MILDEW (mainly bottom apts in ALL units)!! Tenants have called the city on these apts. GET RENTERS/HOME INSURANCE Your clothes and items will be ruined!!...The office never answers, and hardly responds timely to calls; is never open, but under new management they claimed to be available everyday; and maintenance does the best he can...termites have also been an issue that was never addressed...the apts aren’t worth the rent (which increases every 3-6 months)
