Classes are typically one hour. We offer some Express classes that are 30 minutes. Cost per class varies based on the type of membership you sign-up for. Classes are unlimited with the membership. We currently offer 43 classes a week! A one time class pass is $20.
Each facility operates independently. At our facility we will honor your membership if you are signed up somewhere else. You should check with each owner to see how they would like to handle your membership and meet your specific needs. Feel free to email us with specific questions.
