1 year and 9 months and I’m still waiting on my bed! Do do not ever purchase custom orders! I’m really upset that I have to come onto Google and write a negative review on a store that I love and have always had positive experiences with. This could’ve been resolved internally. But I’ve run out of patience with the escalation team at Z Gallerie and they refuse to let me speak with a higher up. In November of 2020 I purchased a full living room and bedroom room set. In January of 2021 I received most of my order. Everything was perfect except for my bed. They delivered the headboard without the rails. I denied the headboard because I had no where to store it. A few months and delays later the rails were delivered without the headboard! The delivery company couldn’t locate the headboard, when they finally did locate it, it was damaged. So now we had to submit a new order order. It’s now August of 2021 and after a few delays the entire bed is finally delivered all at once. Well the delivery guy couldn’t put the bed together because the rails didn’t align correctly with the headboard. It was defective. He had to take it back. At this point I was offered a 15% refund if I picked another bed or color or a refund. I decided to choose another color. In September of 2021 I received an email confirmation and the correct color was on the form. So it’s now January of 2022 over a year from when I placed my order and I receive an email stating my bed is is going to get shipped but the color is incorrect. I reach out to Ricardo Martinez Diez of escalation team and he is apologetic as usual and explains to me that corporate canceled my order and when he went in to resubmit the order he made an error and selected the wrong color. I explained to him that I’ve gone too long with out a bed. He suggested I allow the bed to get delivered and I could temporarily keep the bed with the incorrect color until the correct bed gets shipped. He also offered me a 25% refund for my troubles. Fast forward 7 months and a few delays later, I receive emails stating my order will arrive in late August- early September. Now in August of 2022 1 year and 9 months later! I receive an email stating that the color I chose is out of stock. I had my husband reached out to Mr Diez and he was unapologetic short and rude. He told us we could pick another color or bed or get a refund. We decided to drive down 40 minutes to the nearest Zgallerie (where the kindest and most professional ladies did all they could to help us) informed us that they no longer deal with the vendor of the bed we purchased! So he calls Mr Diez and he confirms this. We were beyond confused because when was he doing to inform us of this information! I’ve been extremely kind and overly patient with Z gallerie but at this point I’m beyond disappointed and at a lost for words.

I had an amazing experience with Adriana! She helped me figure out how to pair different pieces together and she was patient throughout the process. She definitely has a great artistic eye. II would highly recommend this place. I loved all my purchases!

Hello, We are currently requiring mask and provide them, if necessary. Staff gets temperature checks. Sanitizing stations are available. Social distancing through out the store. Staff required to disinfect surfaces and safety dividers at checkout
