Went to Bloomingdale’s to return a perfume which I couldn’t because I unboxed it. I was very upset but then Monica who works in Cartier helped me out & made my day by telling me to mix it with another perfume so the smell is not too strong! Very friend & excellent customer service Thank you Monica once again! ❤️

Place is gorgeous but I had a very bad experience with the handbag department store. Employees are no pleasant and team up against the customers! There is a rude salesperson named Farzin who impersonates as a manger but he is not! This kind of unprofessional behavior could be the main reason that this department does not function up to the Bloomingdale's standards.

You guys charged my card $487. Then canceled order. Then after spending over 2 hours on the phone, you incorrectly charge me $637. Then you canceled my order again. My bank statement has a total of $1114 worth of charges. And I got my order canceled.

If it's a high end watch, send it to the manufacturer. I learned this the hard way with my breitling.
Its also people like me who do not fit into the small ideal shopper they want. If they could check your bank ballance when u walk in they would. I feel they think im going to steal something as if that is my mo. They profile no doubt unless you look like the people on the posters in the store. Your not alone on this its sad how obvious this is around the whole mall.
They are open at 11:00am.
You’d probably have to go into the store and ask for the manager directly. Face to face always seems to get better results. Sorry you had a bad experience. Good luck!
