Terri, the manager, is a slumlord. She will act all nice and fine until you decide you no longer want to live in these poorly taken care of apartments. I went 9 months with my bathtub being almost unusable. Not only that, but this complex doesn't let you hang the American flag (against the law) and will not make reasonable accommodations for service dogs (also against the law). Live here if you want a garbage landlord. I warned you.
