Waited for order of unsalted fries, med unsweetened tea, and a double cheeseburger. Was eventually asked if I was waiting for unsalted fries. My response was yes. The fries were bagged placed on the counter beside the med unsweetened tea. I then asked about the double cheeseburger that was ordered. I was met with a response that I felt was rude and unwarranted by the woman wearing a blue shirt who bagged the fries. I know you guys probably are short handed and working twice as hard, but Let's get it straight. I don't have to go to McDonalds and with an experience like this not only will I not go there again but I'll share my experience with others.

If I could give it zero Stars I would. Three times this week I've went there for them to tell me that the are currently unable to take orders because they're waiting on their third shift manager to get there. When did it take a manager to take an order or make it I can understand the shift change but to completely shut the door down is ridiculous you're losing a lot of money and customers this way and it's not it's been going on for a while. I know everybody wants to go home and it's been a long day but customers come first. Last time I checked they didn't even have a third shift anymore

We ordered a few items and when we got home, our food was cold. We only live 10 minutes away if that. On our fish sandwiches, this is how it looks whenever we order them. This is pathetic! You have one task of putting tartar sauce and you put it in the box, not on the sandwich? I bet you're one of them screaming for higher pay? Make my sandwich better next time please.

Constantly disappointed with the quality. The service is decent but the quality of the food really hurts this restaurant. They don't even fill the fry cartons. I ordered large BOGO fries and only got a medium size worth. The fries are never hot, lukewarm at best. This has been a constant issue with this particular location. They cheat on the fries. Only gave one sauce for a 10 piece nugget.

By far the sorriest establishment I've ever stepped foot in I have a whole camera roll of different times and dates and it never fails to be the single most terrible place I've ever ate. U may ask why I went more than 1 time and that's bc I have no Transportation. If not for that if never even go piss in this pos. Ppr
That McDonald's suck slow service and cold food
I've never seen anyone clean it. I will never eadt at this McDonalds again. The McDonalds in Lincolnton is clean and has very good food.

Indeed. Also,the nanager was hollering ar a young man that is mentally handicapped while others were doing nothing;he was doing his job. I waa so mad my hair almost caught on fire.
Go to mcdonalds and speak to the manager to get your order right
They close for "maintenance". It is annoying because they have forgotten to put signs out a few times. I have sat in their drive thru ordering area for about 10 minutes, and no one answers..... night crew/very early morning crew seems to be slack in their duties all the time :/
