Used to recommend this place to anyone who was shopping for apartments, after nearly having my car towed bc I didn't park in one of the very few and often full "visitor parking" spots, I don't recommend living here. I would understand if parking was super limited, but it's not. Luckily the gentleman driving the tow truck was nice enough to unhook my car for sixty bucks.

What does it take to get an apartment there?
It is something like income based but it is at the top. It's based on 60% of it. I don't know if there is a waiting list or not!
That Im Not Too Sure Of... But You Can Call Up There And They Will Let You Know... That Will Save You A Drive and Going To Waste Your Time In Case They Don't....
