These people are supposed to be up and running on Saturday morning until noon. You call the Spartanburg office. No one answers because there's no one even there. You call the Greenville store and they tell you that there's only two people there and they can't give you a price over the phone for a water heater and that you have to call back. What the hell has happened to ProSource in the last two to three years you guys used to be top-notch. You are a joke now

After (many) repeated efforts to have my sales associate call me back I have given up and have sadly had to go elsewhere to make my purchase. Do not feel valued as a customer.

I guess you are supposed to schedule an appointment... Was told to look around and then tell them what to quote. I asked if all items were comparable, was told yes and then the printed quote showed non comparable features... But it was good to see the products!
