Literally argued with the “OWNER” for over 30 minutes! Very upsetting to have been a loyal customer to a restaurant that lacks customer service and appreciation. I ordered 3 pizzas, a salad and cinnamon sticks. However, my order was missing a pizza and all I asked was to be given the pizza. Instead of him apologizing and fixing the problem, he decides he wants to argue and say “he doesn’t care”. What kind of “OWNER” talks that way? He has a nasty, unprofessional Attitude! He was talking over me the entire time. I’ve ordered from there way too many times to be treated as such.

First time getting pizza from here, so didn't know what to expect. I am not a big pizza eater, but I am now a fan of Papa's Pizza to go! Pizza is not salty or greasy like most other places (chains) and the ingredients seemed really fresh! Staff was friendly when I picked up my order. I am highly recommending this place!!!

I haven't been here in over 2 years now since before my grandpa past 2 years ago. The staff have almost always been been nice. I think I got into it with one over my Mimi me. But the last time I went that was really great the food was good. Silver was said she didn't get to see Dale. But over all it's was a good experience...

We got a sub, pizza, wings & a calzone . Absolutely the WORSE food we have ever had . Zero flavoring on the wings & they were so burnt with super fatty skin . They messed up the calzone order & the pizza was gross it tasted like frozen pizza (I actually like frozen pizza better than this) we were so excited to try it because of the good reviews .. but so disappointing and we are not finish the food we ordered . What a waste of money
