Every time I order for pick up, they notify that the order is complete, except it takes another 5 minutes when I enter the store, and they tell me it is “coming up now”. Can you stop notifying me of my complete order if it’s not in fact complete? Common sense, much?

Me and son ordered from here waited 2 hrs just to be told our order is canceled…. My son doesn’t understand why we treated this way he’s only 5 and this was our lil treat to ourselves

I ordered a pizza and twist I had to repeat. My address and order like three times .I. Waited an hour forty five mins .and called them back when I asked for the status of my order the which sounded like she just got smoked a good. Blunt ( without asking my name or address nothing ) said well the driver when to the wrong bldg so he just brought it back ....do you still want it. ..I said well yes want a pizza .she goes you want us to make a new ? A hour and forty five mins I asked her why they didn't call me when the driver came back with it she just was like well I don't know you want a new made .it was the funniest or the worse service ever ..... incredible ...signed . this is the SECOND time they have done this. Last time I ordered a “philly cheese steak” and got no steak, it was just burnt with cheese and bread. Tonight I got a chicken habanero sandwich and got like 5 pieces of chicken and no sauce! Not a fan on wasting my money! Especially as a full time student who isn’t working all the time!!! Instead of telling you they are out of stuff, they just give you whatever THEY WANT. don’t order here, the dominos on 120th WILL take care of you! 😒
