Called pharmacy and waited on hold while at work for 1 hour 40 minutes. Hung up because still had no answer. Drove down just to find out they weren't even open because of short staff. PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDS. They have temporary services to get employees! Common courtesy would be to have an answering service that says they are NOT EVEN OPEN. Total rude employee and front counter talking on the cell phone as if she didn't have a job there. I will be switching my entire family from the business. No respect or customer service

This location is beyond infuriating . Pharmacy has just been closed this week . Outright denying people access to their prescription medication . The last 3 months straight they have been out of my medication when I’m due for a refill and are rude when questioned . I know everywhere is short staffed but this location isn’t even pretending to do it’s job at this point . Won’t answer their phones , drive thru is usually shut down , with a massive line of people in the lobby .

I ordered a canvas photo as a gift for my wife. The website said it would be ready at a certain time. I even waited over an hour after it said it would be ready so I gave them over an hour to get it done and I got there, there was no one there at photos. They removed the button to alert the store that they need to get someone to photos. Someone eventually saw me after 5 minutes of no one. She couldn’t find my order. She asked if I was at the right store, I read the address and they said that’s not this store, but then I put the address in my phone and what do you know? I was at the right store. So she got a manager and she asked my name, I gave it. She then starts wandering in the back and after about 5 minutes she looks at me as if she is surprised I am still there then says, oh your order isn’t ready, it hasn’t even printed. They will call when it’s done. Well it’s now 5 hours later and still nothing. No email, no phone call.

You call to see why your prescription isn't filled, and they hang up after 30 minutes of keeping you on hold. You go HOURS later to pick up your prescription, wait in line for 30-45 minutes, then it's not ready. Don't get there at anytime before 5 PM or else they close early. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Walgreens Pharmacy.
