Aj is the worst, she’s always changing the prices on the apartments, during the pandemic in a tough situation she was threatening to evict me and harassing me with court papers due to me losing my job! I’m so glad I left this place! How unprofessional!

My experience at Swathmore Court Apartments was peaceful! The neighbors were friendly, the managers were on point, the pool was great, and the fitness room was amazing. I would personally recommend Swathmore Court Apartments to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful and spacious to stay.

I, moved in about seven months ago and the girls in the office where so welcoming.We needed something handicap accessible and they made it happen .Which i am very thankful because i take care of my elderly father.But since we have moved in there has been a shooting by the trash can and a breaking of a window due to a resident being evicted .And when the lawn men our here they blow grass dirt you name it all over your vehicles.my husband and i came out one morning and our car had been keyed.My point is if you have cameras in the front lot by the office how come not in the back of the apt.because thats mainly where problems are happening.We have insurance but still it is costing us to rent vehicle. I like it here because its spacious and the pool gym ect.but saftey should be first for the residents.
