This place has saved our butts from starving a time or two in the past. They always give you more than the allotment says 😉 and you don't feel judged like at some other places. Hey a lot of people go through rough patches and need a little help. I also like that you get to choose what you want, instead of prepared boxes full of stuff you don't like.

Helps to call ahead so that you don't have to wait. Calling the same day is fine. We don't take appointments more than a day ahead.
You can go to more than just one. Each place is different though and has their own set of rules for how often you can go. Sems allows you to go once a month. Inter Parish Ministries in Newtown and Amelia also allow you to go once a month.

That is something you will have to walk in and talk to the lady at the desk.
They are now located off Wolfangle next to the Anderson Kroger. Turn off 125 onto Wolfangle and then immediately right on the first street. When the road starts to turn there is a yellow house and they have a sign there. Park in the front. Walk towards the back and go down the stairs and just walk in the door.
