The same happened to me and I've seen it happening to other customers but I think it's because everyone is so shorthanded right now. At least they are honest they had my car for about 6 hours and they found nothing wrong with it after it had been sitting for a year. When I 1st drive it it sounded like the brakes were grinding a little and they looked at it and found only a little rust built up that they were able to clean off. I was able to drive it from Ohio to Georgia with no problems. Plus I had a zero balance when I picked the car up.
If you check online at the website you should be able to locate them. If not calling them is always another option.
