I have lived here since 2019. There have been a ton of issues over the years but overall I really have loved living here. Management works with you when you are struggling financially, they accept KERA, and for the most part, the front of office staff is super great, ESPECIALLY the most recent staff change. Jeni has been wonderful. Super understanding and greets me with a smile. She goes out of her way to address my problems even down to walking with me all the way to the machine shop and making a new key for my door when I needed it recently. Craig is great too. Very approachable and has worked with me through some very difficult financial times. Definitely recommend.

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT LIVE HERE! My first problem was when I moved in the place hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous owner, the walls were not repainted and there was trash everywhere. I had COCKROACHES in my apartment and they did the bare minimum by spraying with regular bug spray and that was after multiple requests to fix the problem. They didn’t ever cut the grass until it was mid shin high. The people in the office are unorganized and do not communicate with one another. One month I had dropped on my rent check (on time) and it they didn’t deposite it until nearly 2 weeks later and then tried to charge me with late fees and make me drop off a money order for “not paying on time”. I also had a leak in my roof and they didn’t send anyone up to fix it until a week later and when they did they sprayed the roof with liquid tar which leaked through the hole in the ceiling obviously and then expected me to clean it up off my floor. This is just a small list of multiple problems I’ve had. I don’t care how cheap it is if you value you life and sanity do not live in this terrible place
