If I could rate them a 0, that's what they would get... That location is Super Far, Dirty, and Very UNPROFESSIONAL !.. The staff Doesn't detail your rental car before you get it, the big dude thats supposed to do the detailing trys to intimate you, you have to have a credit card with good credit... The Cashier/CSR falsified my paperwork and stated that the ⛽ hand wasn't on full when I returned the vehicle. When it was and I was charged for it... The CSR charged me an extra day when I dropped the vehicle off on time... They falsified the time I picked up my vehicle so they could charge me. When I showed the CSR she didn't adjust my fees nor did she try to help fix the over charge... I would 🤔 think more than twice before I'd rent a car from them ever again... 🙅🏾‍♀️

It was a 5 star until they messed up the billing and I got my credit card frozen for unauthorized charges!!!! Who charges a credit card over a thousand dollars and not ask the consumer for permission first!!! This was the airport NOT STATE AVE!!
