East gate car x is horrible . I had to go back twice for my alternator. Still wasn’t fixed properly. Battery light still was coming on causing me to break down. Wasn’t about to try a third time with them. Went to another mechanic that I know. I was told the alternator was faulty and not even installed properly. Went back to see if they would reimburse me my bill since they failed to fix the problem. I even gave them back the alternator they put on (that I paid for)I was told I would have to get a check from corporate. Well that was two weeks ago. Still waiting to hear something. Not happy
