I called and spoke directly with Mark who gave me my estimate right then,:no "hold please" or "we will call you back ". I got my price quote within 5mins or less. My price was very low, especially compared to other places. Mark seems to be a good person, he has an uplifting personality, So it is a pleasure to have such a friendly person to speak with when calling. I received all my necessary paperwork via email within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone with Mark. He literally got right on it, my driver's license were suspended when I called and I had the proof I needed from the insurance company and got my license reinstated that same day (within 2 hours). I would highly recommend Ohio's Best Insurance.
