I just moved here and I have had nothing but problems Maintance is rude and don’t fix things properly and leave a mess when they are done plus leave screws and lighters laying on the floor. Say they got all the paint off the floors and it’s still there.when I called after hours Maintance because my toliet they installed was leaking he said he lived to far away and to put a bowl under it. I said that’s not right I work late hours when I need too he told me I could call management then hung up on me.i could add more photos but what’s the use. They clearly don’t care.

I lived here for about 5 years, only recently moving out. The community is nice and quiet. I never had any issues here.

I can not even say enough great things about this place. It was a huge transition for me at a really rough time. Everyone in the office was amazing and compassionate. I have so much peace here. I love my apartment, the area, everything. The Parcel Package service is my best friend! The maintenance guy I see all the time is really nice. They fixed my broken dishwasher as fast as you can flip a switch! LOL Literally..it wasn't broken I had to just flip the light switch!! I just want to thank you guys!! I am very happy here!

Great Staff. Terrible management. Pedcor made the switch from RentCafe to their own systems that are slow and DO. NOT. WORK. Takes weeks to validate account, and days to process payments. They are inconveniencing thier customer for the sake of saving a small percent in service fees. They are moving BACKWARDS.

The rent is nearly double fair market value for the zip code. Even if they do accept the vouchers the voucher program probably won't allow it.
