A few years back I called to request information concerning an apartment, and, now, I received my credit report saying that I owe Eastchester Ridge $50.00 just for requesting information. BEWARE!! 5/30/2022. UPDATE: I received a response from the credit bureau this week. They have deleted the $50.00 that I have had to dispute for three (3) years. For me it was principle over matter. WHEW!! Good-bye.

We lived in Eastchester Ridge for two months while house shopping in High Point. Every time someone we know found out we were living there it seems they knew someone who had lived there before. While there, the management company was very quick to respond and fix any issues we had, and the location is hard to beat in High Point in terms of things to do. The units are older (I think my grandmother lived here a while back), but they're in fine condition, all things considered. And to me, the responsiveness of management is more important than the property itself.

Even though the rent is steep, overall the area and the neighborhood and the amenities are worth it. The office is great on communication. I never had a problem. I appreciated everyone who was willing to work with me. Neighbors were never a problem or loud. It was a pretty private living experience. No complaints, no issues. Alos, Tisha the event coordinator added a touch of courtesy and care with her many community treats like picture day and summer coolers.
