Received a phone call from Clifton office asking if I like to be called by the doctor when feeling bad,a new plan. I informed her I be leaving the state in couple of weeks. After feeling her pressure to signup I agreed to call the doctor if needed . She kept asking when should she call ( like I would know when I be sick) I said anytime. She called back in,a couple of weeks and ask how I was "I said fine" asked if I would like to speak to doctor ? I said "NO " Next thing I get is a bill for a remote doctor phone visit I never had. A 30 second call by her. I been with Dr Schacklar for many yes and very happy until this came about. So watch the phone sales. J ballance

This place is TERRIBLE! I have been calling EVERYDAY for THREE WEEKS to get some tests results on behalf of my brother and yet there is no one there ever to assist me! We call multiple times a day and get sent to a voicemail box, I leave a voicemail and no one calls back. What kind of joke is this place, you are risking people’s health! The office is also DISGUSTING, I have never seen a doctors office look as bad as this one and the doctors are piss poor quality. I regret ever sending him to this place and will probably have the tests run again. Waste of money. I will be reporting this office to the medical board and my insurance company.
