The service was excellent. I especially liked the friendliness of the young woman who spoke with me. We seniors appreciate courtesy and kindness. What sold me was her knowledge and skill at " breaking it down" so I could make an informed decision. I purchased a queen sized hybrid. Can"t wait to sleep on it. Will recommend my friends.

I shopped at the Clifton store and had the pleasure of working with Reuben. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made my experience so pleasant. He didn’t hassle me. He was patient and answered every one of questions. I am confident that I purchased the perfect mattresses for my family. I can’t wait them to be delivered. Reuben is the best!

Went to Mattress Firm on Friday afternoon just to look. Jay was so helpful and informative that we decided to go back that night to buy two mattresses. When we walked in Jay greeted us with a “welcome back!” Which sold me even more. Jay was so knowledgeable and we had such a great experience that my sister went the next morning and purchased two more mattresses. Jay was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Clifton!

Came in needing an upgrade. My mattress was really old and I was starting to get a little back pain. Ruben helped me find the best mattress for me. He was really knowledgeable on the products and the whole process was super quick & easy. Can't wait to break it in and have better nights of sleep!
