Very upset.! The guy that did my reservation on the phone give me miss leading information which led to having trouble at the front desk. I was in an emergency that really needed a room but because my Id and debt card didn’t match because I lost my Id and the person with me didn’t have a debt card but I did I was still denied. Over the phone I was told that was okay but when I got there in person was told something different. I ended up leaving to much nicer hotel who gave me no problems and did it! But still I’m very disappointed that I badly needed a place to stay!! Such a big inconvenience

Positive: It was super clean. Negative: The room was almost in Manhattan! You walk all the way end of the hotel. Somehow there was no fridge/microwave in our room. I learned that they are not the standard items in their rooms.

This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. This place was nice and clean. Pets are allowed for a reasonable fee of $20. We found that other hotels charge much for for pets.

For the price, it's not a bad hotel. The first room I checked into smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a smoke-free facility. The front desk staff gave me a new room that did not smell. The room was comfortable. Pool was closed during the trip which was a bummer.
