Stopped here for lunch while driving to Myrtle Beach.Clean and the meal was good.Friendly counter staff.

40 minute wait only to get cold fries and 2 quarter pounders only supposed to be with ketchup but they had cheese on them and cheese makes me sick but I was too frustrated to correct the order as they was super busy which I understand they're busy but 40 minutes is ridiculous honestly.

Food was hot which is the best thing I can say. Customer service sucks. Been that way for many years and I thought it would improve over time but I was wrong.

Y is it that you go to McDonalds on Southgate you get what you order east Wheeling Avenue location always seems to mess your order up no matter how long you sit there I don't get it and it take 2 to 3 times longer what is going on down there

Don't like the one on Southgate the old one was safer to get in and out of it had a traffic light. All the McDonald's mess up your orders I eat in for breakfast drive thru you never know what your getting

I am wondering why this McDonalds compared to Southgates NEVER!! has Ice Cream.. We have been there this summer at noon...2.....3.....8.... and each time told the machine is either broke or being cleaned. This is summer time what is going on?

I've never had anything negative about Macdonald. I go every day and always Bethany Manager of MacDonald of the east side of LORAIN, OH is willing to help the client and his employees. He is very friendly and always has a smile. Thanks, Bethany!

Why is that 97% of the time I decide to go to this place the after effects leave me with a discomfort in my stomach. I've been to mc ds everywhere but none like this one. Is it me or other people experiencing the same thing?
